Self-Pay Policy for Ascension Counseling Services
At Ascension Counseling Services, we understand that some clients prefer to pay for counseling services out-of-pocket, without using insurance. Our goal is to provide high-quality care that is both accessible and affordable. Below is our self-pay policy, which outlines the fees for our counseling sessions.
Session Fees:
Individual Session: $130.00 per session
Family Session: $165.00 per session
Payment Expectations:
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations:
A credit card Is required to reserve an appointment for self-pay clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $90.00.
Financial Assistance:
If paying out-of-pocket creates a financial burden, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to working with you to explore possible options.
